Shipping and Return Policy

Q: How would I know if I can absorb everything in the class?  

A: Most courses will give you the outlines of the course.     Try to absorb as much as you can in courses.   If you cannot, after you go home try to reckon everything you learn during the course.   The memories will refresh you.   Most courses has a book comes with it.   You can refer the book to refresh your knowledge.

Q:  What if I have questions?   

A:  If urgent or you really need to understand on the point, you can interrupt the master and ask questions on the spot during the course.  But all courses have reserved certain amount of time for all questions.    So try to reserve questions till the end of the course.   Because most questions are taught in the course too.   Also, it will prolong the course hours.   All teaching contents will be covered, and all questions answered before the course ends.    If you have pre-written questions before coming to the course, you can ask during "questions" hours.

Q:  What if I still have questions after I go home and practice on my own?   

A:  Come to the same course related "meetup discussions".    The meetup discussions is very exciting.   Because you get to share your own experiences and hear other member experiences too.  

Q:  What if I am going to be late due to reasons?

A:  We advise you to come 15 minutes before the course or meetups if large group like 20, then 30 minutes (parking and check in will take a while).    If unfortunate... you are going to be late.    We will try get other members to understand and see if every member agree to wait for you a bit.    Because every member might have their own schedule that they need to follow.   Delaying classes might not always be granted.    If you really have to be late, please call or text ahead so we will not be worried about you.    With discussion meetups, will always start on time.   Due to you can jump in at any topic at any moment.

Q:  If there is any penalty if I cannot show up for any reason?

A: No, You can make reservations, and not showing up or cancel at any time.    But call or text to cancel or cancel ahead of time will be a courtesy.

Q:  Reservation is a must?

A:  Yes, because we need to make seat arrangement.   If you show up with no reservation.   You might have no seat.   Also, we need to make arrangement for refreshment.   We need to make head count ahead of time.

Q:  When to pay and how?

A:  You only pay if you "do" show up, no show, no pay.    Because it will be too much hassle for you or us to refund if pay ahead of time.    Also, we want to be fair to you.     We take cash or credit card at the door, but no check will be accepted.

Our company is hosted on the this site platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through site data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping will be done within 3 business days.

Return Policy: No question asked 30 days return policy.   Full Refund, consumer will pay return shipping, unless item is damaged due to poor handling of the shipping companies or not working on arrival.   Then we will pay for return shipping too.
